Interview with Eleanor Morrissey

Posted on 11 October 2021

Eleanor Morrissey (she/her/hers) is the co-spokesperson at the FYEG Executive Committee.

In this interview, Eleanor talks about her views on how to make Europe and the FYEG more inclusive, she gives us a look ahead at the European elections and an insight on the role of the Greens in the UK, where she’s originally from.

The controversial topic of inclusivity quota in political parties is addressed, as well as the theme of mental health, which is strictly related to policy topics such as housing rights and the planning of public spaces.

The interview was conducted in September 2021 by Gabriella Waibel, a member of the editorial board of the Ecosprinter.

This article reflects the opinions of its individual writers, not necessarily those of the FYEG or its partners.
